Please allow 2-3 business days for online orders to be processed and shipped.

Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy

Regular Priced Merchandise:

All returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment, exchange or online store credit.

Sale Merchandise: 

All sale and discounted items purchased online will only be eligible for exchange or store credit. No refunds to the original form of payment will be issued on discounted items. 

Final Sale Merchandise:

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. If a final sale item is sent back without authorization, the item(s) will be returned to the customer. 

No returns will be accepted on jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, vintage items, bath + beauty products, books, or artwork. 

In-Store Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy

Regular Priced Merchandise:

All returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.

Sale Merchandise:

All sale and discounted items bought in-store are FINAL SALE.

No returns will be accepted on jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, or bath + beauty products.

Return & Exchange Details

All return items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with store tags still attached. All shoes must be returned in their original box and in their original condition. Any item(s) with the indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer. Any returns received outside of the eligible return window, will either be returned for store credit only or will be returned to the customer. 

Out of Stock Items & Special Ordering

We are happy to adjust the price of an item one time if purchased merchandise is marked down within 7 days of the original order date. If a promotional discount was used on the original order, that discount cannot be applied to the adjusted price. We will only refund the difference between the original price paid and the new marked-down price. 

To receive a price adjustment, call us at 650 726 2000 or email angela@crowsnesthmb.com with your order number and request. Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment. 

Price Matching

Only at the time of purchase will we match another online retailer's advertised prices. The specifications are as follows:

  • Price match must be on merchandise of identical style and color
  • The retailer's price/promotion must be visible on their site for verification
  • The retailer's website must be an authorized distributor of the designer
  • The retailer's price must be published in US dollars
  • We will not match prices for websites that operate as an auction, discounter,  or liquidator
  • Price matching cannot be combined with any promotions or coupon code
